If you have found this blog then you have probably searched for something to do with agoraphobia. When I say ‘searched for something’, you are probably searching for anything and everything to cure you. If like me, you have searched and searched for the answer to your debilitating fears, an still find yourself stuck, then you are not alone.

It has been 14 years now. 14 years of seeing the same things day in and day out. I will not travel further than 20 minutes from my home. If it is an unfamiliar route and only 10 minutes or so away then I still will probably avoid it.
I have decided to write this blog as I continue to look for the way out of the panic maze. Every day I work on myself. I am reading the anxiety and panic workbook by Dr. Carbonell. It is by far and away the best resource for working on panic and anxiety. It took me years to find this book so I hope it can help someone else.
Tonight I will take a weekly journey on a motorway with my support person. We are edging closer and closer to the seaside. I just want to see the sea again.
I hope you can join me in my journey. Please let me know what works for you in your quest for agoraphobia to be gone! Together we can find the exit.
Anxiety coach is a great resource. Please note that I am in no way affiliated with this company, nor do I receive payment from them
